Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-ready machine learning models and systems.
- Mentor and manage a team of machine learning engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring project success.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define ML strategies and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving ML models at scale.
- Implement best practices for ML Ops, including version control, monitoring, and automated testing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying scalable ML systems in production.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
