Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of makeup artists , providing guidance and training.
• Develop and execute creative makeup looks for various platforms, including editorial, bridal, and commercial projects.
• Perform high-quality makeup applications for clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage makeup product inventory, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date kit.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and clients to achieve the desired aesthetic vision.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards for all makeup tools and products.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Makeup Artist , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally managing a team.
• Expertise in various makeup techniques, including bridal, editorial, and special effects.
• Deep knowledge of cosmetic products, skin types, and colour theory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, at our Edinburgh studio.
