Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of makeup services including bridal, special occasion, editorial, and fashion looks.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of makeup artists, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop creative makeup concepts and portfolios for promotional materials and client events.
• Manage makeup kit inventory, ensuring all products are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their vision and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques globally.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards for all tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Professional certification or equivalent experience in Makeup Artistry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional makeup artistry, with proven leadership experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse makeup styles and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, facial structure, and skin types.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients.
• Proficiency in managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
