About the Role

Our client, a leading global Management Consultancy , seeks a highly experienced Lead Management Consultant with a specialization in Financial Services to join their fully remote team, serving clients primarily in Glasgow and across Scotland. This senior role involves leading complex transformation projects for banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions, addressing challenges related to regulation, digital innovation, and market competitiveness. You will be responsible for client relationship management, project delivery, and thought leadership within the FS sector, driving significant value for clients and contributing to the firm's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of major transformation programs for financial services clients.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory compliance, FinTech integration, and market entry strategies.
• Manage project teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations.

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in management consulting , with a deep focus on the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects within banking, insurance, or asset management.
• Expertise in areas such as regulatory change, digital banking, risk management, or payments.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Master's degree or MBA from a reputable institution.
