Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead client engagements focused on operational improvement, supply chain optimization, and process re-engineering.
• Conduct comprehensive operational assessments, identifying key areas for enhancement and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality across client operations.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the operations consulting practice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a strong specialization in operational strategy and transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex operational projects for large organisations.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain management, or process automation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
