Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies for a diverse client base.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and scenario planning.
• Advise senior executives on strategic options, market entry, mergers & acquisitions, and portfolio management.
• Manage large-scale strategy consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on corporate strategy and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex strategy projects and advising C-suite level clients.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of various industries and their strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
