Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, from initial scoping and diagnosis through to implementation and benefits realization.
- Develop strategic frameworks and solutions to address complex business problems across various functional areas.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, building consensus and driving decision-making.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their development and ensuring consistent quality of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant consulting or strategic business experience.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams and managing client expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
