Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex management consulting projects for key clients.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

• Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategic planning and transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing large-scale consulting projects and client accounts.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and people development skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at the executive level.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
