Our client is looking for an accomplished and visionary Lead Management Consultant to spearhead critical client initiatives in a fully remote setting. This senior position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead complex, high-impact projects and mentor high-performing teams. You will be responsible for guiding clients through significant business transformations, advising C-suite executives, and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead strategic consulting engagements for key clients, overseeing all project phases.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior client leadership.
- Lead, coach, and inspire consulting teams to achieve project goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and business development efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive experience in management consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategic transformations and change management programs.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic foresight, and P&L management experience.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, effective in a remote context.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related advanced degree.
