Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project scope.
• Develop innovative and data-driven strategies to tackle complex business problems across diverse industries.
• Build, mentor, and lead teams of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in management consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-disciplinary transformation programmes.
• Expertise in areas such as organisational design, digital transformation, operational excellence, or M&A integration.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to navigate challenging political landscapes.
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field; PhD is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of business operations.
