Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on production machinery.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and operational status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role, with a strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly desirable.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery, preferably in a manufacturing and production setting.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
