Lead Maritime Civil Engineer - Shape Ports & Shoreline

Noventis Consulting is seeking a Principal Maritime Civil Engineer to lead design, technical delivery, and client-facing work across coastal and marine projects. You will mentor junior engineers and help expand our maritime capability while driving quality and innovation.

This is a hybrid, office-based role requiring travel to sites. You will shape our marine capability, manage projects end-to-end, and influence proposals and tenders with a proactive, commercially minded approach.
