Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing project execution, design reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts for complex mechanical systems, adhering to strict quality and performance standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of engineering objectives.
- Conduct advanced stress analysis , thermal management, and vibration analysis using state-of-the-art simulation software.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and sales departments to ensure designs meet market needs and production capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical engineering department, championing new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, ANSYS) and a deep understanding of finite element analysis .
- Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and launching complex mechanical products.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
