Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior technical capacity.
- Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects from concept to production.
- Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE tools, structural analysis, thermal management, and system integration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, crucial for managing a remote team.
