Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management, product development, and manufacturing departments to align design goals with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in all design activities.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software and complex system design.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams to achieve high performance.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
