Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of advanced mechanical products and systems.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of CAD models, technical drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct and review complex engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design process and team workflows.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
• Expertise in advanced CAD software and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
• Deep understanding of material science, manufacturing technologies, and DFM/DFA principles.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills for a remote leadership role.
