About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and design innovative automotive mechanical systems, including powertrain, chassis, and suspension components.
• Conduct rigorous design validation, performance testing, and root cause analysis for any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless product integration and execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on the automotive industry .
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA , Ansys ) and a deep understanding of automotive standards.
• Expertise in areas such as vehicle dynamics, thermal management, or material selection.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
