Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex robotic mechanical systems.
• Oversee all aspects of mechanical engineering, including mechanism design, material selection, and structural analysis.
• Collaborate closely with software, electrical, and controls engineering teams in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in mechanical design, with a strong focus on robotics.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and projects remotely.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and FEA tools .
• Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, control systems, and mechatronics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
