Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Define and implement technical strategies for mechanical design and development projects.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical systems, from concept to final implementation.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Expertise in advanced mechanical design, analysis (FEA/CFD), and simulation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
