Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and machinery.
• Ensure designs meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and provide updates.
• Champion best practices in mechanical engineering, including design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA).

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in mechanical design and project leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in FEA software and advanced CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Inventor.
• Strong knowledge of various manufacturing processes and materials selection.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
