Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and project management for all mechanical engineering activities.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in product development and complex system design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard CAD/CAE software and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and project management principles.
