Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex system design, analysis (FEA, CFD), and validation.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams, ideally in a remote setting .
