Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of complex mechanical systems and equipment.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.

Requirements

• BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA).
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAE software .
• Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
