Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex system design, thermal management, structural analysis, and prototyping.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a geographically dispersed engineering team.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, vital for a remote role.
