About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical design projects, from conceptualization to validation.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions that meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including production, quality assurance, and project management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex system design , analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and tolerance analysis .
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
