About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers and designers.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions for new and existing products, utilizing advanced engineering principles .
• Conduct rigorous performance testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments, including production, quality assurance, and procurement, to facilitate seamless product realization.
• Maintain and improve design documentation, standards, and best practices within the engineering department.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in mechanical design, analysis, and project management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams effectively.
• Expertise in FEA software and complex system design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, casting, and injection molding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
