Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, overseeing project lifecycles from conception to completion.

• Champion best practices in design, documentation, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of system integration and interdisciplinary engineering collaboration.
