Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, overseeing project lifecycles from conception to completion.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps for mechanical system development.
- Conduct advanced design calculations, simulations (FEA, CFD), and analysis to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Champion best practices in design, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior and mid-level mechanical engineers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of system integration and interdisciplinary engineering collaboration.
