Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the mechanical design and engineering activities for major projects.
• Manage engineering project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Develop and implement robust engineering processes and best practices.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Mentor and develop the mechanical engineering team, fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project success and alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems design , thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials.
• Experience with advanced CAD/CAE software and complex engineering analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
