Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality, performant native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Define and enforce mobile development best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate concepts into functional and engaging mobile features.
- Mentor and guide junior mobile developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Oversee the mobile release process, including testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Stay current with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with significant experience in both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) .
- Proven track record of leading mobile development projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific design guidelines.
- Experience with mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC) and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development and app store deployment processes.
