Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Mobile Developer with a specialization in iOS development to join their innovative product team in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS applications using Swift.
- Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Define and implement technical best practices for iOS development, including code reviews and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS SDK advancements and industry trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a strong focus on iOS .
- Proven experience leading a mobile development team.
- Expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK, including UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
