Lead Multi-Site Facilities & Compliance Manager – Care Homes

Harbour Healthcare Ltd is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and day-to-day facilities across multiple care homes. You will ensure a safe, well-maintained and fully operational environment for residents, visitors and staff.

You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors and support Home Managers, while participating in an on-call rota for urgent issues across your estates.
