Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel applications, and intricate nail art.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians, setting performance standards and conducting regular reviews.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety are maintained at all times.
• Manage stock levels for nail products and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Develop and implement new nail treatment menus and promotional offers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing expert advice and exceptional service to all clients.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Nail Technology or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Nail Technician, with demonstrable leadership experience.
• Proficiency in various nail enhancement techniques, including gel, acrylic, and dip powder systems, as well as artistic nail design.
• Strong understanding of nail anatomy, health, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and team leadership skills.
• A portfolio showcasing advanced nail art and design skills is highly desirable.
