Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
• Lead and mentor a team of nail technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Manage the inventory of nail products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering as needed.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired nail style, color, and any specific requirements.
• Develop and implement new nail service offerings and promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a qualified Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in various nail enhancement techniques (gel, acrylic, dip powder) and artistic nail design.
• Excellent knowledge of nail anatomy, health, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
