About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Nail Technician to manage and inspire their nail services department in Coventry . This role involves delivering exceptional nail care services, overseeing the work of other technicians, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the highest standards of artistry and hygiene. You will be instrumental in shaping the nail service offerings, fostering client loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of the salon, working within a vibrant and client-centric establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, and nail art.
• Lead and supervise a team of nail technicians, providing guidance and quality control.
• Conduct thorough consultations to design and create bespoke nail enhancements and styles.
• Maintain and manage inventory of nail products, ordering as necessary and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all equipment is sterilized and all hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Develop new nail service offerings and promotions to attract and retain clients.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Nail Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in professional nail services, with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a salon setting.
• Expertise in various nail enhancement systems and advanced nail art techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Strong understanding of nail health and safety regulations.
