About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Natural Language Processing models and systems.
• Architect robust NLP pipelines for tasks such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text summarization, and machine translation.
• Mentor and manage a team of NLP engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for NLP integration and define project roadmaps.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of all NLP solutions in production environments.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (6+ years) in NLP engineering, with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Deep understanding of NLP concepts, algorithms, and state-of-the-art models (e.g., Transformers, BERT, GPT).
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps principles for deploying and managing NLP models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
