Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for new online courses, from conceptualization to final delivery.

• Design instructional strategies, learning objectives, and assessment methods that align with pedagogical best practices.
• Manage a team of instructional designers and content creators, providing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure all developed curricula are aligned with learning technologies and are optimized for various delivery platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, with a significant portion focused on online learning environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing curriculum development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote context.
• Experience with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
