Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in designing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies and architectures.
• Deep understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and emerging educational technologies.
• Proven experience leading remote teams and managing complex technology projects.
• Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) , content management systems (CMS), and related educational software.
