About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Online Tutor to spearhead their remote educational initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our online tutoring services across various subjects. You will be responsible for not only providing exceptional one-on-one and small group tutoring but also for mentoring and guiding a team of online tutors. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging online tutoring sessions to students across different age groups and academic levels.
• Develop and refine online teaching methodologies and resources to enhance student learning experiences.
• Mentor, train, and provide feedback to a team of online tutors to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and develop personalized support plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, with at least 2 years in an online capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a team.
• Proficiency with various online collaboration tools, virtual classrooms, and Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• A strong understanding of effective online pedagogy and student engagement strategies.
