The Fold invites an experienced, soil-loving grower to lead our 4-acre Soil Association certified market garden, supplying our onsite vegetarian café and Veg Shed. You’ll join a warm, supportive team at the heart of an eco hub offering polytunnels, no-dig beds, field crops and opportunities for agroecological innovation.

This full-time role offers £26.5–29k plus profit share, a 4-day week (or job share) and on-site accommodation options.
