Lead Payroll Specialist - Full-Cycle, Multi-State

ITAC Solutions is assisting in recruiting a Sole Payroll Specialist / Payroll Coordinator for a fast-growing, multi-state employer. The role owns the full payroll cycle, processes weekly payroll for 4,000+ employees, and acts as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

You will coordinate with the tax vendor, support accounting reconciliation, and collaborate with leadership to deliver accurate, on-time pay. The position requires 3–5+ years of experience and strong Excel skills.
