Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a Lead Performance Tester/Performance Engineering Lead to own performance testing strategy across complex digital services. You will act as the performance authority, defining strategy, leading delivery, and advising on production readiness.

We expect extensive experience in performance testing for large-scale systems, a strong engineering background, and the ability to make architectural recommendations. AWS experience and stakeholder engagement are essential.
