About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and data-driven Lead Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This fully remote role is central to driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels within the vibrant Leisure & Sports industry. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment and alignment with overall business goals. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK , you will collaborate closely with content and analytics teams to deliver exceptional campaign results and contribute to our client's market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and achievement of target CPA and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid media, implementing innovative strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social and search advertising.
- Demonstrable success in managing and scaling paid media budgets with significant impact on ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience in the Sports or Leisure sector is highly desirable.
