Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical evaluation and development planning for oil and gas fields.
• Oversee production forecasting, reservoir performance analysis, and optimization strategies.
• Mentor and guide a team of petroleum engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with geoscientists and drilling engineers to ensure integrated asset development.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance recovery and efficiency.
• Manage project economics and assess the commercial viability of development proposals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience (10+ years) in petroleum engineering, with a proven track record in field development and production optimization.
• Strong expertise in reservoir simulation, production engineering, and economic analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
