Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical analysis , including transient stability, load flow, and protection coordination studies.
• Oversee the selection and integration of key electrical components and equipment.
• Mentor and guide a team of electrical engineers, fostering technical growth and high performance.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to explore and implement emerging power technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Over 10 years of experience in designing and managing complex power systems.
• Expertise in power system modeling and simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP).
• In-depth knowledge of grid codes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects remotely.
