Lead Pre-Construction PM for Multi-Million Projects

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager with a construction background to take ownership of the pre-construction team in Alloa. You will drive the development and management of the team and oversee multi-million pound energy projects from bid through design.

The role requires leading tender preparation, attending bid and design meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will report to senior management and shape project planning and delivery.
