Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lesson plans across the primary curriculum, ensuring high standards of learning and attainment.
- Lead and mentor a team of teachers, offering guidance on curriculum delivery, classroom management, and professional development.
- Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement school-wide educational strategies and policies.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as a successful Primary School Teacher, with a demonstrated track record of leadership or mentorship.
- Deep understanding of the UK national curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches for primary education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Experience utilising digital learning tools and platforms to enhance instruction and communication.
