About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Process Engineer to drive operational excellence and innovation within their organization. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of process improvements, leveraging your expertise in lean principles and data analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic process improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, analyze, and optimize complex operational and manufacturing processes using advanced engineering techniques.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to predict the impact of process changes and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and guide a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in process engineering , with significant experience in a leadership or lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification strongly preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven expertise in process simulation software and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
