Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction for process engineering activities and personnel.
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement plans to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the design, modification, and implementation of complex chemical processes and systems.
- Conduct in-depth technical reviews and provide expert guidance on process-related matters.
- Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Safety departments to ensure seamless project execution and compliance.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience (10+ years) in process engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Expertise in process design, troubleshooting, scale-up, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
