Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for process engineering activities and personnel.

• Conduct in-depth technical reviews and provide expert guidance on process-related matters.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience (10+ years) in process engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Expertise in process design, troubleshooting, scale-up, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
