Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization and operational excellence across multiple sites.
- Lead the design and redesign of manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Champion the adoption and effective utilization of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and operational teams through virtual collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the successful implementation of process changes, ensuring robust documentation and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial or process engineering, with a strong focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management.
- Proficiency in process simulation software, data analytics tools, and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional remote leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive significant operational improvements autonomously.
