Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization and operational excellence across multiple sites.
• Lead the design and redesign of manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Champion the adoption and effective utilization of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and operational teams through virtual collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee the successful implementation of process changes, ensuring robust documentation and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial or process engineering, with a strong focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, data analytics tools, and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional remote leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive significant operational improvements autonomously.
