Lead Product Manager, Marketplace Growth & AI

Tesco is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Marketplace to shape and scale Tesco Marketplace, driving category-led experiences that resonate with customers. You will steer discovery, browse, and checkout as you apply AI to forecast demand and personalise shopping at scale.

You will own end-to-end Marketplace product areas, collaborate with commercial, design, data and engineering teams, and focus on growth, CX and conversion while turning data into actionable insights.
